Use / application / consumption recommendation:
Preparation:
For a fit + FeelGood meal, take three dosing spoons of powder (33 g) and 200 ml cold, low-fat milk (1.5% fat) and prepare the shake best in a handshaker or mixer. Good 20 Seconds shake and then drink in small swallow. If you want the shake a little creamy, let him pull it for about five minutes in the glass or shaker.
Note: Box for exact dosage recommended.

Use:
For a weight reduction , you replace two of three main meals through the Fit + Feelgood Mahlzeitensatz. The product meets only in the context of a low-calorie diet the intended purpose, other foods must be part of this diet. Therefore, prepare a third low-calorie vitamin rich main meal (max 600 kcal) itself.
For a weight controlto keep your body weight after a weight reduction, replace a main meal by the FIT + FEELGOOD grinding rates. In a diet you should be careful to drink enough sufficient (At least 2 liters of caloria-free or low-calorie liquid per day).
