Ibuaristo® acute 400 mg film -coated tablets (subject to pharmacy).

Active ingredient: ibuprofen. - 200 mg: adults. and Schulkdr. from 20 kg kg (from 7 years)/ - 400 mg: adults. and youth 40 kg kg (from 12 years): For short -term symptomatic treatment of light to moderately severe pain and/or fever. Field of use

Ibuaristo acute 400 mg film -coated tablets (pack size: 50 pc) contains the active ingredient ibuprofen. Ibuprofen is a medicine that lowers fever and relieves pain (non -steroidal antihumatics/anti -phlogistics, nsar). In adults and adolescents from 40 kg body weight (from 12 years) IBUARISTO acute 400 mg film -coated tablets (pack size: 50 pc) for brief symptomatic treatment of light to moderately severe pain and/or fever.

Active ingredients of Ibuaristo acute 400 mg film -coated tablets (pack size: 50 pc):

The active ingredient is: ibuprofen.

Each film -coated tablet contains 500 mg ibuprofen.

The other ingredients are: tablet core: hypromellosis, croscarmellosis sodium, lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, preliminary paste strength (corn), high-disperses silicon dioxide, sodium dodecylsulfate [pflanzlich ]magnesium stearate (Ph.EUR.) Talkum, propylene glycol

Application recommendation of Ibuaristo acute 400 mg film -coated tablets (pack size: 50 pcs):

Always take this medicine exactly as described in the package insert or follow the agreement with your doctor. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The recommended dose is:
Adults and adolescents from 40 kg body weight (from 12 years):
Half a tablet (200 mg) or a whole tablet (400 mg) as a single dose. If necessary, additional doses of half a tablet or a whole tablet can be taken.

The respective distance between the incidents depends on the symptoms and the maximum recommended daily dose.
He should not fall below 6 hours. Do not take more than 3 tablets (1200 mg ibuprofen) in a period of 24 hours. Ibuaristo acute 400 mg is not used for use in children under the age of 12 or in adolescents below 40 kg body weight.

Take the tablets with a glass of water.

The tablets must not be crushed, chewed or sucked to avoid stomach or throat irritation.

  • Warnings and Precautions
    • Side effects can be minimized if the lowest effective effective dose required for symptom control is used over the shortest possible period.

    • Effects on the cardiovascular system
      • Anti -inflammatory medicines/pain relievers such as ibuprofen can be associated with a slightly increased risk for a heart attack or stroke, especially when used in high doses. Do not exceed the recommended dose or duration of treatment.
      • You should discuss your treatment with your doctor or pharmacist before taking:
        • having heart disease, including heart muscle weakness (heart failure) and angina pectoris (chest pain), or a heart attack, bypass surgery, a peripheral artery disease (circulatory disorder in the legs or feet due to narrowed or closed arteries) or any kind of stroke (including Mini stroke or transitory ischemic attack, "tia").
        • Heavy prints, diabetes or high cholesterol levels or heart diseases or strokes occur in their family history or when they are smokers.
    • Skin reactions

      • If you use pain relievers over a longer time, the headache can cause that should not be treated with even more painkillers. Talk to your doctor if you think that this applies to you.
      • In general, the habitual intake of pain relievers, especially when combining several pain relieving medicines, can lead to permanent kidney damage with the risk of kidney failure (analgesic nephropathy). This risk can be increased in the event of physical stress in connection with salt loss and lack of fluid. It should therefore be avoided.
      • Ibuprofen can mask symptoms of infection or fever.
      • The risk of kidney failure is increased in dehydrated (dry) patients, older people and those who take diuretics (water tablets) and ACE inhibitors.
      • If you have vision disorders, please contact your doctor.
    • Older patients
      • Older patients should know that they have an increased risk of side effects, especially bleeding and breakthroughs in the gastrointestinal tract, that can be fatal.
    • Teenager
      • In the case of dehydrated (drained) young people, there is a risk of kidney dysfunction.

 

 

  • Wateriness and ability to operate machines
    • Ibuprofen generally has no or a negligible influence on the traffic and the ability to use machines. However, since, however, central nervous side effects such as fatigue and dizziness can occur when using higher doses, the reactionability can be changed in individual cases and the ability to actively participate in road traffic and to operate machines can be impaired. This applies even more in combination with alcohol.

Pregnancy

  • If you are pregnant or breastfeed, or if you suspect that you are pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this drug.
  • Pregnancy
    • Do not take this medicine in the last three months of pregnancy. Avoid using this drug in the first six months of pregnancy, unless your doctor recommends something else.
  • Breastfeeding
    • Small quantities of ibuprofen pass into breast milk. However, since so far no adverse consequences have become known for the infant, no interruption of breastfeeding is required if the recommended dose for fever and pain in general.
  • Reproductive ability
    • Ibuprofen belongs to a group of drugs (NSAID) that can affect the reproductive ability of women. This effect is reversible after stopping the drug (reversible). You should speak to a doctor if you intend to get pregnant or have problems getting pregnant.
