dosage

For diseases in the gastrointestinal area, 2 filter bags for 1 glass/cup. Pour boiling water over and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Take out the filter bag and squeeze out weakly. Drink 1 glass/cup of freshly prepared tea between meals 3-4 times a day.

For gargling, rinsing, inhaling and for envelopes 2-5 filter bags for 1 glass/cup. Pour boiling water over and let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
