Application recommendation of H&S bladder and kidney tea (pack size: 20x2.0 g):
Drink 1 glass/cup of tea 3-4 times a day. 1-2 filter bag for 1 glass/cup. Pour boiling water over and let it steep for about 15 minutes. Take out the filter bag and squeeze out weakly. Drink the freshly prepared tea.
