I cannot recommend this product under any circumstances!! After three weeks of use it has devastating effects on both diabetes and blood pressure!! It could almost be described as life-threatening!! I can only definitely advise against it, it does more harm than good!! That's probably why the package insert is worded so vaguely!! Even when I asked specifically, I didn't get a concrete answer regarding the problem!! So be careful !!!
