We bought this while planning a pregnancy.We bought it in Germany as a very good product for men.Only later did we notice that it contained both folic acid and zinc!These are good vitamins, but you can't take them together!Vitamin B9 + Zinc: zinc interferes with the absorption of vitamin B9 (folic acid) by forming insoluble complexes. To be honest, we're actually disappointed!We've always trusted German products.
