fittydent is insoluble in water. Therefore, the long-lasting adhesive effect not only fixes the upper jaw prosthesis perfectly, but is also particularly well suited for the saliva-rich lower jaw. fittydent gives you the security to start your day carefree, to talk and laugh freely, to eat and drink without problems. Economical to use – only once a day.

To clean your prosthesis, we recommend the fittydent super cleaning tablets super (PZN 3467796), which reliably remove the residue of the water-insoluble adhesive cream and adhesive inserts.
For sensitive gums and gum problems caused by friction and pressure, we recommend the fittydent sensitive adhesive cream with aloe vera and myrrh (PZN 06571318).
How does the fittydent adhesive effect work? Conventional adhesives are water-soluble and work according to the “suction principle”. The saliva between the prosthesis and the jaw is thickened, the prosthesis only sticks to the jaw. Similar to two wet panes that stick together but float movably on a liquid film, the dental prosthesis can shift or even detach from the jaw.
fittydent is insoluble in water and works according to the "chewing gum principle". fittydent sticks instead of just sticking. The two discs can neither be separated nor moved - they stick firmly together. That means: secure hold and no shifting or slipping. For chewing gum to stick to a surface, it must be dry. Therefore, fittydent consists of two components. One takes first absorbs moisture from the oral mucosa and ensures a dry surface. The other component ensures the long-lasting "sticky effect.
The adhesive cream is insoluble in water, but absorbs liquid like chewing gum and slowly becomes softer. At a certain stage, the sticking effect turns into a sticking effect. The prosthesis can now be removed without any problems. Accordingly, the duration of the adhesion also depends on the amount of adhesive cream used.
Components: Polyvinyl acetate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, alcohol, triacetin, paraffinum liquidum, silica

I have been using the adhesive cream for 35 years now. I think that speaks for itself. Even though I only have a bad alveolar ridge, the upper denture stays in place all day long. I can eat almost anything. I just have to glue the bottom one in more often. But the jaw is also almost flat. There is nothing the product can do about it.
