Mode of action

Doppelherz Active vitamin C 1000+vitamin D Depot (pack size: 30 pc) delivers 1000 mg vitamin C in combination with 800 I.E. Vitamin D3 to support a normal function of the immune system.

Vitamin C contributes to a normal function of the immune system and healthy immune system as well as to protect the cells from oxidative stress.

Vitamin D - the multi -talent for your health - contributes to normal bone maintenance and normal muscle function. In addition, it makes a contribution to the normal function of the immune system. A depot tablet contains 20 μg vitamin D3. This corresponds to 800 I.E. (international units) vitamin D3. Our body can form vitamin D on the skin itself by the regular influence of sunlight. However, this self -production is often not sufficient in our latitudes. Especially in the autumn and winter months in which the metabolism is used and required, the body forms less vitamin D.

If there is no or low vitamin D production, increased vitamin D intake via food. The body cannot save certain vitamins for long. If z. B. suddenly absorbed large amounts of vitamin C at first, the body leaves a part again unused.
