Dormi-Gastreu S R14 mixture
With the Gastreu®series by Dr. Reckeweg is offered a well -tolerated treatment method based on homeopathic therapy. The name "Gastreu" means stomach -friendly.
Dormi-Gastreu® S R 14 is a homeopathic medicine for nervous diseases. The areas of application are derived from the homeopathic drug images. These include: improvement of sleep disorders.
The drops of Dormi-Gastreu® S R14 are a well thought-out combination of 7 proven homeopathic agents that ensure healthy sleep. Dormi-Gastreu® S R14 drops strengthen the nerves and help to find the inner balance and get a healthy sleep rhythm again. The drug is very well tolerated. There are no undesirable aftermath the following day. No interactions with other drugs are known.
Active ingredients:
• Avena Sativa D1 (oat): The oatmeal prepared homeopathically is used in nervous exhaustion and insomnia.
• Coffea D4 (unroasted coffee beans): helps with nervous excitement, restlessness and fright out of sleep.
• Eschscholzia Californica D2 (Californian poppy): at a feeling of weakness and in sleep disorders.

I tolerate the product very well and am very satisfied. I think it's particularly good that you don't feel "tired" the next morning, but wake up with a clear head. I take it when I'm under a lot of stress at work, it helps me switch off better.

The effect of the product is good. But it's not acceptable for me. It causes severe heartburn and triggers nighttime reflux for me. This disrupts sleep in addition to the already existing sleep disorders. I assume that the high alcohol content is the reason for the stomach problems. Unfortunately, the product is probably not available in tablet form. I don't think this product is suitable for people with sensitive stomachs.
