Recommendation of consumption of Doppelherz Melatonin hot drink granulate (pack size: 20 pc):

Shortly before going to bed, pour the contents of a portion of a bag into a cup and stir in hot, no longer boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and drink.
Since alcohol reduces the effect of melatonin on sleep, no alcohol should be drunk when eating melatonin.
Can have a laxative effect if consumed to excess.
