The fiber contained is obtained from the plant juice of the acacias from the sub-Sahara region in Africa without chemical treatment. This is also known as acacia gum.

Dosage recommendation of Chi-Cafe Classic coffee with Guarana, Reishi and Ginseng (pack size: 400 g):

Pour for a cup of 6 g Chi-Cafe (approx. 2 teaspoons) with about 100 ml of hot water. Add 30 ml soy drink with calcium or milk. Sweet with Steviabase if necessary. It is best to foam everything with a hand milk frother, the aroma can fully develop. Chi-Cafe Classic is also soluble for frappé or iced coffee.
