Contradictions

  • if you take 15 mg or more methotrexate per week at the same time;
  • in the last 3 months of pregnancy.

  • Children and adolescents

If these diseases occur with long vomiting, this can be a sign of Reye syndrome, a very rare but life-threatening illness that is absolutely necessary for immediate medical treatment.

Pregnancy
