Which contains a tablet bio-h-tin vitamin H:
The active ingredient is: 5 mg biotin

The other ingredients are: microcrystalline cellulose, pre-grown starch (from corn), carboxymethyl starch Sodium (type A), magnesium stearate (Ph.Eur.) [pflanzlich].

Contradictions

The medicine must not be taken if they are allergic to biotin or one of the other components of this drug.

dosage

You take a 1/2 tablet (corresponding to 2.5 mg biotin) every day from Bio-H-Tin H 5 mg for 6 months (pack size: 90 pc).
Less than 0.2 mg biotin is sufficient for prevention per day.

In the case of multiplem carboxylase deficiency: 1 to 2 tablets daily (corresponding to 5-10 mg biotin)
Preparations with a lower biotin content are available for lower intake. Bio-H-Tin Vitamin H 5 mg for 6 months tablets (package size: 90 pc) take sufficient with liquid.

The duration of the intake depends on the healing process.
In the case of multiplem carboxylasm deficiency, an intake takes place for life.

Taking
