Vitamin H- hair and nail vitamin- increases the metabolic activity of your hair and nails and promotes the structure of the important component keratin. This improves the structure and strengthens the resistance. Hair, nails and the skin noticeably gain quality and attractiveness.

Which contains a tablet bio-h-tin vitamin H:
The active ingredient is: 10 mg biotin

The other ingredients are: microcrystalline cellulose, pre-grown starch (from corn), carboxymethyl starch Sodium (type A), magnesium stearate (Ph.Eur.) [pflanzlich].

Contradictions

The medicine must not be taken if they are allergic to biotin or one of the other components of this drug.

dosage

Always take this medicine exactly as described or exactly after the agreement made with your doctor or pharmacist.

Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The recommended dose is:
Take ½ - 1 tablet daily (corresponding to 5 to 10 mg biotin).
Less than 0.2 mg biotin per day is sufficient for prophylaxis.

For the therapy of multiple carboxyl fang:
Take 1 tablet every day (corresponding to 10 mg biotin).

For lower doses, preparations with a lower biotin content are available, e.g. B. 2.5 mg or 5 mg biotin per tablet.

Taking

• Take in the medicinal product with sufficient liquid (preferably a glass of drinking water).

  • Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking the preparation. It contains 10 mg biotin per tablet. If you undergo a laboratory examination, you must inform your doctor or the laboratory staff that you have taken the preparation or recently taken up because Biotin can influence the results of such examinations.
  • Depending on the examination, the results can be incorrectly increased or misappropriated due to the biotin. Your doctor could ask you to end the income before the implementation of laboratory examinations. You should also be aware that other products that you may have, such as multivitamins or nutritional supplements for hair, skin and nails, can also contain biotin and can influence the results of laboratory examinations. Please inform your doctor or laboratory staff if you take such products.
  • Children
    • Give the preparation of children up to 12 years of age only after consultation with the doctor, since so far there is no sufficient experience for a general recommendation for this age group.
