Dr. Jacob’s base powder is based on the model of nature. Fruit and vegetables provide the valuable organic minerals potassium, calcium and magnesium, but only a little sodium. Dr. Jacob’s base powder contains organic minerals from Germany on a citrate basis, calcium and magnesium in the natural ratio of about 3: 2, a lot of potassium and particularly little sodium. The most important base -forming mineral in fruit and vegetables as well as in our body cells is potassium.

4.5 g (1 measuring spoon) Dr. Jacob’s base powder has-also thanks to potassium-the same basic prala value (potential acid exposure to the kidneys) such as 800 g vegetables and fruit. So only 1 measuring spoon Dr. Jacob’s base powder compensate for the typical acid load of the German average population.

Dr. Jacob’s base powder contains 95 % citrate made of mineral and herbal raw materials. Citrate are available in many foods. They are also a natural part of our cells. Organic mineral compounds such as citrate are very well absorbed by the body and metabolized. In the cell power plants (mitochondria) one citrate molecule binds three acid molecules. These are then converted into energy in the citratz cycle. The citratz cycle forms in the Mthe central cycle.

Contradictions

In the case of known hypersensitivity to one of the above -mentioned ingredients, this product should not be used.

dosage

Application recommendation of Dr. Jacob's base powder Citrate-base original minerals (pack size: 300 g):

Dissolve 1 painted measuring spoon (4.5 g) 1- to 2 times a day in 300 ml of low-sodium water/sparkling wine. Best drink at meals. Please shake before opening! Can have a laxative effect if consumed to excess.

Attention: Use (medication -related) disorders of potassium balance, alkalosis, hyperkalaemia or kidney failure after medical advice. The full daily dose (= 2 portions) is suitable for people aged 15 and over. If you take the full daily dose, you do not need any further nutritional supplements with calcium or zinc.

Tip: Combine Dr. Jacob’s base powder also with Aronia elixir, lactacholine or lemon juice.

Mix isotone citrate drink: 1 measuring spoon of base powder with 1 liter of water/sparkling and a splash of lemon juice. Happy and refreshing!
