Base Citrate is used for acid-base adjustment; we bought it to supplement the use of Almased. It is easy to dose, was delivered quickly as usual and helps us with our diet. The price was great too! Gladly again. The 5th star was simply not awarded because it is difficult to measure or feel the effectiveness of these products.
