I got it based on the reviews because my 1.5 year old daughter has trouble breathing at night. Unfortunately it doesn't do much for her.

For me there is nothing more annoying when you wake up in the night and can't breathe because your nose is so stuffy. Since I put some of the oil on my pillow before going to sleep, I no longer have this problem. It also helps perfectly with the headaches that I often have when I have a cold and the cooling effect is very pleasant. Overall, a very diverse and recommendable medication, I'm happy to give it 5 stars!

The oil is a great alternative to nasal spray and also offers some advantages.
