Field of use:
Treatment of clinically-chemically secured vitamin B1 deficiency states, provided that they cannot be remedied in terms of nutrition.

Type and duration of the application:
1 tablet 3 times a day

Side effects:
In individual cases, sweating, heart hunting, skin reactions with itching and hives (urticaria) have been described.

Interactions:
Other vitamins taken at the same time, in particular B12, can be reduced in the presence of vitamin B1 degradation products.

Contraindications: No known

Composition:
1 Tablet contains 100 mg thiaminnitrat

Characteristics:
Vitamin B1 deficiency can occur with:

•  serious deficiency and mistake (e.g. Beriberi), artificial nutrition over a long time,
•  Null diet, blood laundry (hemodialysis), disturbed food evaluation (malabsorption),
•  chronic alcoholism (alcohol toxic cardiomyopathy, Wernicke Encephalopathy,
•  Corsakow syndrome), acidification of the blood due to diabetics (diabetic
•  Acidosis), severe acute liver dysfunction (liver coma, fulminant hepatitis),
•  heavy overactive thyroid (thyreotoxicosis), increased need
•  (e.g. pregnancy and breastfeeding).
