The working principle
Aspirin® Effect contains the active ingredient acetylsalicylic acid (ASA), which is contained in all Aspirin®products. Acetylsalicylic acid is one of the so-called non-opioid painkillers and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs: This means that ASA suppresses the formation of certain messenger substances (prostaglandins) and thereby inhibits both the transmission and perception of pain in the brain and inflammation.
In summary, this means that the active ingredient acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) reduces the excitability of the pain receptors, which in turn allows the pain to subside.
Convenient and easy to take – dosing recommendation
Aspirin® Effect can be taken without any liquid. Simply put the medicine directly on the tongue. There the granules melt and can then simply be swallowed. If necessary, it is possible to drink a little liquid afterwards.
It should not be taken on an empty stomach.
The following recommendations apply to the dosage for adults and adolescents:
• Single dose: 1-2 sachets
• Total daily dose: 3-6 sachets

There is no better headache remedy for me. Easy to use. You don't need water and it fits in every pocket. For me it has a pleasant taste (a bit like Col*, I think).

This aspirin is highly recommended. I couldn't tolerate aspirin for a long time, I got stomach pains. This is not the case with the granules. Above all, it's great for on the go. Effective very quickly.

Quick to hand, effective, not on an empty stomach, attacks stomach, one star deducted because when you open the bag the opening sticks together. Then you first have to make a hole in the torn bag with a toothpick or the end of a spoon, otherwise nothing will come out.

Very quick acting as always, when you're on the go you can quickly have a bag with you. You have to deduct a star because the bag is usually flat when you open it and you have to work out a hole for it to be poured out. This is very tricky when you are on the move
