Read the entire leaflet carefully because it contains important information for you. This medicine is available without prescription. However, in order to achieve the best possible treatment success, aboreases must be taken in accordance with the requirements.

1. What are aboreases and what are they used for?

Abo patches is a sleeping fluid from the group of antihistamines for short-term treatment of sleep disorders.

2. What do you need to consider before taking aboreas?

Abo patches may not be taken:
- if they are hypersensitive (allergic) against diphenhy-dramin hydrochloride or any of the other ingredients,
- if you suffer from acute asthma,
- with green star (narrow angle glaucoma),
- For certain tumors of the adrenal leaflet (Pheochromocytom),
- when enlarged the protruding gland with residual harvesting,
- in epilepsy,
- in potassium or magnesium deficiency,
- with slow heartbeat (bradycardia),
- in certain heart diseases (innate QT syndrome or other clinically significant heart damage, in particular circulatory disorders of the coronary vessels, excitement piping disorders, arrhythmias),
- with simultaneous use of medicines, which also extend the so-called QT interval in ECG or lead to hypocalemia (see "when taking aboreasules with other medicines"),
- with simultaneous use of alcohol or so-called "Mao-inhibitors" (means for the treatment of depression)
- During pregnancy or lactation.

Special care when taking aboreas is required:
> If you suffer from one of the following diseases:
- restricted liver function
- Chronic lung diseases or asthma
- Specific gastric functional disorders (pylorus stenosis or achalasia of the cardia)
After repeatedly taking sleeping resources over a longer period of time, there may be a loss of efficacy (tolerance). As with other sleeping resources, taking aboreases can lead to the development of physical and mental dependence. The risk of dependency increases with the dose and duration of treatment. Even in patients with alcohol, Pharmaceutical or drug dependence In the history, this risk is increased. Before treatment with subspaces, please contact your doctor or pharmacist.

When taking aboreases with other medicines:
Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if you take / use other medicines or recently taken / have applied, even if it is non-prescription medicines.
Diphenhydramine hydrochloride must not be together with so-called "Mao-Inhibitors" (certain means for the treatment of depression) are given. The simultaneous dose of aboreases with other drugs, which also contain diphenhydramine, including those applied externally will be avoided.
Simultaneous application with other centrally attenuating medicines such as sleep, calming, pain or anesthesives, anxiolytic agents (anxiolytic), medicaments for the treatment of depression or agents for the treatment of seizure disorders (antiepileptica) can lead to mutual reinforcement. The so-called "anticholinergic" effect of diphenhydramine can be reinforced by drugs with similar effects such as atropine, berids, tricyclic antidepressants or monoamino oxidase inhibitors. There may be an increase in intraocular pressure, urinary content or a u.. life-threatening intestinal paralysis. The use of diphenhydramine together with blood pressure-lowering medicines can lead to increased fatigue.
Simultaneous application with medicaments, which also extend the so-called QT interval in the ECG, e.g. Medium against cardiac arrhythmias (antiarrhythmics class IA or III9, Certain antibiotics (e.g., erythromycin), cisaprid, malaria means, means against allergies or gastric ulcer (Antihistamines) or means for the treatment of special spiritual mental illness (neuroleptics), or lead to a potassium deficiency (e.g., certain urinary media), is to be avoided.
Diphenhydramine may be able to falsify the test results for allergy tests and should therefore no longer be used at least 3 days before.

Taking off pipes together with food and beverages:
During treatment with aboreas, no alcohol must be drunk, since the effect of diphenhydramine is changed and reinforced in a unpredictable manner.

Children and adolescents:
For the effectiveness and compatibility of Diphenhydramine as a sleep aid in children and adolescents, there are no sufficient experience. Therefore, aboreases in children and adolescents under the age of 18 should be prescribed only after careful consideration of risk and benefits.

Pregnancy and breast feeding period:
Abo patches may not be taken during pregnancy and lactation.

Driveion and use of machines:
After taking abo patches no vehicles may be led or dangerous machines are served. Also on the following day, residual fatigue and impaired response ability can affect the ability to drive or the ability to work with machines, especially after inadequate sleeping duration.

Important information about specific ingredients of subscrettes:
This medicine contains lactose. Please take off patches only after consultation with your doctor if you know that you are suffering from intolerance to certain sugars.

3. How to take aboreases?

Always take abo patches exactly as directed to the doctor's instruction, or as described in this leaflet. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure! Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose for adults is 1 tablet (corresponding to 50 mg diphenhydramine hydrochloride). This dose should not be exceeded. Patients with impaired liver or renal function should receive lower doses. Even with older or weakened patients, which respond and respond particularly sensitive, it is recommended to adjust the dose if necessary. Children and adolescents under the age of 18 are to be treated only after careful consideration of risk and benefits with aboreas. The tablets are soared in the evening 30 minutes before bedtime with some liquid (water). Subsequently, a sufficient sleep duration (7-8 hours) should be guaranteed. The duration of the treatment should be as short as possible. It should generally be only a few days and do not exceed 2 weeks. For persistent sleep disorders, please visit a doctor! Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect of aboreases is too strong or too weak.

If you take a greater amount of subspaces than you should:
Overdoses with diphenhydramine can be dangerous - Especially for children and toddlers. For this reason, there is suspected overdose or verto inform poison immediately (e.g., poisoning noteRuF)! 4. Which side effects are possible?

Like all medicines, aboreas can also have side effects, but they do not have to occur with each treated.

The following side effects are to be expected at the beginning of the treatment:
The most commonly reported side effects are drowsiness, dizziness and concentration disorders during the following day, especially inadequate sleeping duration, as well as dizziness and muscle weakness. Further more frequent side effects are headaches, gastrointestinal complaints such as nausea, vomiting or diarrhea, and so-called "anticholinergic effects" such as oral dryness, constipation, heartburn, vision disorders or discomfort during urination. During treatment with subspaces, certain cardiac arrhythmias can occur (Extension of the QT interval in the ECG).
