Use / application / consumption recommendation:
Replace a meal full by adding to 300 ml of low fat milk (1.5%) 35 g (approx. 2 coated measuring spoons) diet drink powder and about 3 g (1 teaspoons) flavorless and unsaturated fatty acids rich vegetable oil (eg. B. sunflower oil, rapeseed oil or walnut oil) and stir well. For mixing the fine powder with the liquid you use a whisk or a shaker.
