Application areas:

Contraindications:
There are evidence that in individual cases in patients with autoimmune-thyroiditis, hypersensitivity reactions could be triggered.
There are no investigations for the use of Colibiogen® Inject during pregnancy and lactation.

Precautions for the application and interaction with other medicinal products:
No interactions have been observed with other preparations.
If hypersensitivity reactions occur, the preparation is to be deducted.
Due to possible reactions, it is generally recommended to keep patients under observation after an injection of Colibiogen® Inject as usual for a short time. This applies in particular to patients with allergic reading readiness.
Slow execution of the injection of Colibiogen® Inject prevents the described side effects.

Dosage instructions, type and duration of the application:
Unless otherwise prescribed, at a distance of 1-2 days per 1 Ampoule slow i. v. (more than two minutes per ampoule) or i. m. Inject, later at greater intervals.
In severe cases, the dosage can be increased up to 3 x 1 ampoule daily.
Special dosage accompanying chemotherapy:
Unless otherwise prescribed, 0.167 ml Colibiogen® Inject per kg of body weight in 250 ml of isotonic sodium chloride solution over 30 min. Before the administration of the chemotherapeuticism i. v. Infused.

Side effects:
After colibiogen® injections were very rarely observed allergic reactions of all severity levels. A.A. The following symptoms were observed: redness at the injection site; Redness and swelling in the face (flush); Rashes, in particular nessel fever; Breathing difficulty up to the respiratory distress, asthma; Gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, diarrhea; Circular weakness; In a case shock (circulatory collapse) with pre-existing autoimmune thyroiditis. Temporary taste and odor changes occurred occasionally.
If you are observing side effects that are not described in the leaflet, please tell your doctor or pharmacist.

Notes on durability:
The expiry date is printed on the ampoule and on the pack. After this date, Colibiogen® Inject can no longer be used.
After breaking the ampoule or after preparation of the infusion solution, this must be used immediately.
