Field of use

• The preparation is a traditional medicine.
• Traditionally used as a mild medicine for heartburn and acid-related stomach problems.
• If you experience symptoms such as heartburn and acid-related stomach problems that last longer than a week or occur repeatedly, you should see a doctor.

Contraindications

• The preparation must not be used,
  • The medicine must not be used if you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the other ingredients.
  • The preparation must not be taken if there are disorders in the acid-base balance (alkalosis), a potassium deficiency or if you are on a low-sodium diet.
  • Because of the risk of stomach rupture, the medicine must not be used in the event of acid burns to the stomach.

dosage

• The following information applies unless your doctor has prescribed the product differently. Please adhere to the application instructions, otherwise it will not work properly!
• Unless otherwise prescribed:
  • take 1 tablet 3 times daily with liquid.
• The duration of use is in principle not limited, but please note the information under the “Indication” category".

Intake

• Take the tablet with liquid.
• In principle, an interval of one to two hours should be maintained between taking the preparation and other medications.

Patient information

• Take special care when taking:
  • There are no sufficient studies on the use of the drug in children. It should therefore not be used in children under 12 years of age.

 

• Effects on the ability to drive and use machines
  • The medicine has no influence on the ability to drive or use machines.

Pregnancy

• Since there are no sufficient studies, the medicine should not be used in pregnant women or while breastfeeding.
