Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the above ingredients, this product should not be used.

dosage

Recommended daily intake: 1 sachet daily.
Stir the contents of one sachet into 200 ml of cold or up to 60°C warm liquid (low-fat milk, water). Stir until completely dissolved. Consume immediately after preparation.
