The cream helps very well against extremely dry skin (ichthyosis). Always apply after showering/bathing and you will see a strong improvement after just the second application. Unlike other creams, the skin doesn't look worse the next day, but it's still very good. This means it doesn’t dry out the skin any further. I've been looking for a cream like this for a long time. Others with 10% urea do not have the same effect. TOP
