Chewing gum is recommended because of its positive properties in terms of improving the oral flora by stimulating the Saliva production and plaque removal. I can't say 100% whether my self-confidence has changed in a positive way afterwards, but it tastes very tasty and that alone makes you feel good! We now use this gum regularly!
