1. What is ass pure and what is it used for?

• after operations or other interventions on arterial blood vessels (after arterial vascular surgical or interventional interventions, eg. B. to aortocoronary vein bypass ACVB, with percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty PTCA )

Note
Ass pur is not suitable for the treatment of pain conditions.

2. What should you pay attention before taking ass pure?

Ass pur may not be taken,

• if they are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid or one of the other ingredients of this medicine mentioned in section 6.
• if you allergic drugs related to related medicines (Sallcylates) or non-steroidal anti-rheumatics (NSAR) are. NSAR are often used against joint ignitions or rheumatism and pain.
• if you have an asthma attack or swelling on some parts of the body after taking salicylates or NSA, z. B. face, lips, throat or tongue (angioedema) had.

Warnings and Precautions:
Please talk to your doctor before taking ass purs, if you

• Have renal liver or heart problems.
• Have gastric or small intestinal complaints or used to be.
• have a high blood pressure.
• Asthma, hay fever, nose polyps or other chronic respiratory diseases have since acetylsalicylic acid can cause asthma attack.
• under allergies (eg with skin reactions, itching, nettle fever) suffer.

Inform your doctor if you plan to undergo a surgery (even with minor interventions, eg. B. Zahnextraction), since acetylsalicylic acid dilutes the blood and thus increases the risk of bleeding.

Acetylsalicylic acid can cause the so-called Reye syndrome when administered children. The Reye syndrome is a very rare disease that causes brain and liver and can be life-threatening. For this reason, ass is not administered to children and adolescents under the age of 16, unless the doctor has not expressly arranged it.

You should make sure that you do not get a lack of fluid (ie no situations with strong thirst or dry mouth occur), since in such situations, the use of acetylsalicylic acid can lead to a deterioration of renal function.

This medicine is not suitable for use as a painkiller or fever-lowering agent.
If one of the above points applies to you, or if you are not sure, please talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

Taking Ass Puren along with other medicines:
Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you take / apply other medicines, recently taken / applied / applied or intended other medicines, even if it is non-prescription medicines.

When acetylsalicylic acid is taken together with other medicines, the drugs can influence each other in their effect.

This applies to medicines

• for treatment with diabetes (eg GlibenClamid)
• for treatment with depression (selective serotonin resumption inhibitors (SSRI) such as Sertralln and Paroxetine)
• for hormone replacement therapy when the adrenals or the pituitary gland were damaged or removed
• for the treatment of inflammation, including rheumatic insulunGE and round ignitions (cortisone and cortisone-like substances)

Foods and drinks:
Alcohol consumption can increase the risk of bleeding in the gastrointestinal area and extend the bleeding time.

Pregnancy and breast feeding period:
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you suspect to be pregnant, or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.

Pregnant women should not assume acetylsalicylic acid during pregnancy, unless the doctor has expressly advised.
In the last three months of pregnancy, they may not take ass purs, unless the doctor has not expressly ordered it; The daily dose may then not exceed 100 mg (see section "Ace Puren must not be taken"). Regular taking or high doses of this medicine during late pregnancy can lead to serious complications at mother and child.

Driving and ability to operate machines:

3. How to take ass pure?

Always take this medicine exactly after consultation with your doctor. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The recommended dose is:
In unstable angina pectoris (heartache due to circulatory disorders in the coronary vessels):
There will be a daily dose of 1 tablet ass pur (corresponding to 100 Mg acetylsalicylic acid per day) recommended.

With acute heart attack:
There will be a daily dose of 1 tablet ass pur (corresponding to 100 Mg acetylsalicylic acid per day) recommended.

For the prevention of another heart attack after the first heart attack (Reinfarktprophylaxe):
There will be a daily dose of 3 tablets ass pure (corresponding to 300 Mg acetylsalicylic acid per day) recommended.

After operations or other interventions on arterial blood vessels (after arterial vascular surgical or interventional engagement; z. B. according to ACVB; at PTCA):
There will be a daily dose of 1 tablet ass pur (corresponding to 100 Mg acetylsalicylic acid per day) recommended.
The most favorable time for the beginning of treatment with ass pur to aortocoronary vein bypass (ACVB) seems to be 24 hours after surgery.

For the prevention of temporary risk bleeding in the brain (TIA) and brain infarctions after progenitor stages have occurred:
There will be a daily dose of 1 tablet ass pur (corresponding to 100 Mg acetylsalicylic acid per day) recommended.

Duration of application:
Acetylsalicylic acid-containing medicines should not be used for a long time or in higher doses without the consultation of the doctor.
The duration of the usage will be decided by the medicating doctor.

Elderly patients:
As in adults. In general, acetylsalicylic acid should be used in elderly patients tend to be more concerned with particular care. The treatment should be checked at regular intervals.

Application in children and more attention:

4. Which side effects are possible?

Like all medicines, this medicine can also have side effects, but they do not have to occur each other.

Possible side effects:

Diseases of the blood and the lymphatic system:

• Bleeding such. B. Nosebleed, gum bleeding or skin bleeding with a possible extension of bleeding time. This effect can persist over 4 to 8 days after taking. Liver and bile diseases:
Very rare:

• Acetylsalicylic acid reduces uric acid excretion in low doses. In the case of vulnerable patients, this may cause a gash.

Countermeasures:

5. How is ass to keep a pure?

Keep this medicine inaccessible to children.
You may not use this medicine after the expiry date specified on the carton and blister pack according to "until". The expiry date refers to the last day of the specified month.
This medicinal product does not require special storage conditions.
