Field of use

• The medicine is a vegetable medicine in the event of regular complaints.
• The medicine is used at:
  • Rhythm disorders of the menstrual bleeding (regulator tempoanomalies),
  • before the monthly bleeding occurring, symptoms (premenstrual complaints) occur),
  • Tension and swelling feeling in the breasts (mastodynia).
• In the event of a feeling of tension and swelling in the breasts and in the event of disorders of the menstrual period, a doctor should first be consulted for diagnostic clarification.

Contradictions

• The medicine must not be taken:
  • if you are allergic (hypersensitive) against the active ingredient or one of the other components of this medicine.
  • During pregnancy.

dosage

• Always take the medicine exactly according to the instruction. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not quite sure.
  • Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
    • 1 film tablet once a day.

• Duration of the application:
  • You should take the medicine for several months (3 months) without interruption, even during the menstrual period. Accepting beyond the 3 months must be discussed with the doctor.
  • Use for children and adolescents under the age of 18 is not planned.
  • There is no sufficient data for concrete dosage recommendations for restricted kidney or liver function.

• If you have taken a larger amount of the drug than you should:
  • No case was reported to an overdose. If you have taken a larger amount than you should, please notify your doctor. This may decide on the necessary measures.

• If you forgot to take the drug:
  • Do not take the double dose if you have forgotten the prior intake.

• If you stop taking the drug:
  • The discontinuation of the drug is usually harmless.

• If you have any further questions about the application of this medicine, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Taking

• Please take the film -coated tablets unscrewed with sufficient liquid (e.g. a glass of water).

  • Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking the preparation.
  • Patients who have an estrogen-sensitive malignant tumor or have in the past should only take the medicine after consultation with their doctor.
  • Patients should only take the tablets after consulting their doctor with dopamine agonists, dopamine antagonists, estrogens or anti-estrogens.
  • If the symptoms worsen during treatment, a doctor should be consulted or a pharmacist should be asked.
  • The preparation assumes that it affects the pituitary hypothalamus axis and therefore patients with a history of a pituitary disease should consult a doctor before using the drug.
  • In the case of prolactin, the tumors of the pituitary gland, the medicine can disguise the symptoms of the tumor.
  • Children and adolescents
    • There are no sufficiently documented experiences for the use of this drug in children and adolescents under the age of 18. It should therefore not be used in children and adolescents under the age of 18.

• Wateriness and operating machines:
  • No studies were carried out on the effects on traffic and the ability to use machines.

 

Pregnancy

• If you are pregnant or breastfeed, or if you suspect that you are pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this drug.
• Pregnancy
  • So far there is no experience with the application of the drug for pregnant women, so it must not be used during pregnancy.
• Breastfeeding
  • It is not known whether components from the drug -effective ingredient or their metabolite are transferred to breast milk. A risk for the newborn cannot be excluded. Safety during breastfeeding was not sufficiently examined. In the animal model, the influence of milk formation was observed. The preparation should not be used during breastfeeding.
• Reproductive
  • There are no specific studies to influence reproductive ability.
