What is wet-comod?

Wet-Comod is a sterile, preservative-free solution with povidone 2%, a particularly well-tolerated substance that increases the viscosity of the solution. In addition, WET-Comod sorbitol, a citrate buffer and water.

Why do you need wet-comod?
For fatigue, burning or dryness of the eyes, causes z. B. through intensive computer activity or longer TV consumption.

When should you apply wet-comod?
In intense computer activity or longer television conversion, the eyes tire faster, because one flashes less often with the eyelids at concentrated view. The fact that you keep your eyes open longer, the tear film is not so often distributed on the eye. However, this is required to get the fabrics of the eye wet and thus fully functional. At concentrated see, z. B. in front of the computer or TV, therefore the natural tear film can tear open. As a result, the eyes feel dry, itching and burning or you feel like having sand in the eye. Wet-Comod forms a uniform, sturdy film on the surface of the eye and protects against dryness, fatigue of the eyes and irritation by this physical property. This delivers the symptoms instantly. Due to the increased viscosity of the eye drops, this pleasant effect stops longer. Nevertheless, Wet-Comod spreads well and quickly on the eye surface and does not hinder the vision performance. Wet-Comod can be applied during wearing hard or soft contact lenses and increases their comfort. Due to its preservative freedom, Wet-Comod is particularly well compatible with long-term use.

How do you apply Wet-Comod?
Use wet-comod only if the sealing of the folding box was intact before the first application.
Remove the cap before each use. Please keep the bottle with the trotfer tip before the first application of WET-COMOD and press the bottom of the bottle until the first drop exits the bottle tip. Thereafter, the bottle for the following applications is ready to use. Hold down the bottle with the tropfer tip by putting the thumb on the bottle shoulder and the other fingers on the bottle floor. Support your hand with the Comod bottle on the free hand. Lay the head back slightly, pull the lower eyelid with the free hand slightly from the eye and push quickly and strongly in the middle on the bottle floor. This operates the mechanism for removing a drop. Due to the special valve technique of the COMOD system, the size and speed of the drop is always the same with very strong pressure on the bottle bottom. Slowly close the eyes so that the liquid can distribute evenly on the surface of the eye. After use, close the tropfer tip carefully with the cap. Please make sure that the tropfer tip is dry. Avoid contact of the tropfer tip with eye or facial skin when drop. The COMOD system can be removed 10 ml solution; This corresponds to about 300 Drops. For production-technical reasons, a small liquid residue remains in the bottle. The duration of the application of WET-COMOD is not limited. With the content of a bottle of wet-comod, the same person should always be treated.

Which other instructions for use should be considered?
Wet-Comod should not be applied immediately before or after the use of oscillants, but with a time interval of at least 30 minutes between both applications. Store at room temperature. After opening a bottle WET COMOD 6 months can be used. Do not apply after expiry of the expiry date. Keep out of reach of children.
