Contradictions

• The medicine must not be taken,
  • if they are hypersensitive (allergic) against the active ingredient iron fumarate or one of the other components.
  • if you suffer from anemia caused by infections or cancer
  • if you have an accumulation of iron in the blood (increased iron values) and iron recycling disorders.

dosage

• Always take the film -coated tablets exactly according to the instruction. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not quite sure.
• If the doctor prescribes nothing else, the usual dose is:
  • Children from the age of 12 take 1 - 2 times a day and adults 2 - 4 times a day 1 film -coated tablet.
  • If necessary, adults can take 2 film -coated tablets 3 - 4 times a day at the beginning of therapy.

 

• Duration of the application
  • The amount of iron to be performed by the body depends on the stage of iron deficiency. Please ask your doctor

 

• If you have taken a larger meng than you should:
  • Inform your doctor.

 

• If you forgot to take it:
  • In principle, medicines should be taken according to the doctor's prescription. Please do not compensate for forgotten income by doubling the number of film -coated tablets, but in these cases continue taking it as originally planned.

 

• If you stop taking:

Taking

• The film -coated tablets should be taken sober in the morning or, each 1 hour before meals, with sufficient fluid to prevent possible damage to the mucous membrane by stuck tablets.
