This cold -pressed, natural coconut oil is not sophisticated, bleached, deodorized or hardened and therefore of the highest quality.

Coconut oil consists of 48% lauric acid of a medium -chain fatty acid. It is well digestible and serves to generate energy. Unsaturated fatty acids can form trans fatty acids, which are undesirable in food. No trans fatty acids can arise from the saturated fatty acids such as in coconut oil. Cold-pressed, natural coconut oil is free of trans-fatty acids, because it mainly consists of saturated fatty acids and it is not hardened.

Due to its high content of saturated fatty acids, the most heat -stable among plant fats. Other vegetable oils are damaged by heat, air and light and tend to form free radicals. The coconut oil, on the other hand, remains stable even at high temperatures and changes little. You can use allcura coconut oil to roast vegetables, meat and fish or for baking.

Aromatic:
You can also use particularly well-processed coconut oils such as our organic oil for cold cuisine. Instead of butter on bread or on rice crackers.

The high stability of the coconut oil is another advantage. Due to its composition, coconut oil is particularly easy to digest and can be used quickly and without detours to generate energy.
