Field of use

• The preparation is a medicine for the treatment of fungal infections (mycosis) that can be treated with clotrimazole (e.g. diaper dermatitis caused by yeast).
• Moazine infections occur when there is an excessive growth of mushrooms that are always on the skin. The skin then reacts with burning, itching, abduction and painful inflammation. A reliable diagnosis of a fungal disease can only be made by a doctor.

Contradictions

• The medicine must not be used,
  • if you are hypersensitive (allergic) against clotrimazole, cetylstearyl alcohol, the preservative butylhydroxyanisol or one of the other components.

dosage

• Always apply the medicine precisely according to the doctor's instructions. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not quite sure.
• Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, the paste is used as follows:
  • Apply and rub the drug once or twice a day, in the morning or morning and evening, thinly to the affected skin areas.
  • Please distribute the paste slightly beyond the edges of the affected skin areas. For a skin area, about the size of your palm, a strand of approx., ½ cm paste is sufficient.
• Duration of the application:
  • It is crucial for a successful course of the treatment that the paste is applied regularly and applied over a sufficiently long period of time.
  • You should not end the treatment as soon as the inflammation and symptoms have subsided. To continue using the paste at least another 3 weeks.
  • With diaper dermatitis, a slight improvement in the symptoms should be recognizable within 3 days. The treatment should be carried out for a total of 7 days. If the dermatitis worsens or if no improvement occurs after 3 days, a doctor must be consulted.
  • If your symptoms worsen or no improvement occurs after 7 days, you will definitely have to see a doctor.
• Children and patients in older age:
  • No special adjustments are necessary because there is no increase in the frequency or intensification of side effects when using the preparation.
  • If you have any further questions about the application of the drug, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Taking
