Beta Reu-Rella from outdoor cultures consist of 100% of the fresh water algae chlorella pyrenoidosa.
The combination of chlorophyll and other nutrients make Beta-Reu-Rella a unique addition to the daily food requirement. Chlorophyll has long been known for its excellent properties. Beta-Reu-Rella tablets are easy to take due to their small size and are almost tasteless. Three years ago I tested the freshwater algae tablets for the first time as an intensive treatment in conjunction with fasting in spring. And this with convincing results: greater well-being, significantly improved skin appearance, significant relief from chronic gastrointestinal complaints and perceived higher performance. The detoxification effect of the algae became noticeable and visible after 3-4 weeks. The side effects that initially occurred, such as a slight rumbling in the stomach (according to the manufacturer, a natural reaction to the body's change) went away on their own after 2-3 days. I now take the algae tablets regularly in a smaller daily dose (if you take them regularly, the bulk pack is recommended for cost reasons) and can only recommend "the green pearl", which is also very popular in Asia and Scandinavia.
