Fighting pimples and acne effectively: Benzaknen 5% gel is applied to the affected facial areas, penetrates deeply into the pores and kills 94% of all acne bacteria. With BPO against acne: Benzaknen 5% gel works
In the fight against pimples, water is enough and unfortunately not to flee acne triggering bacteria. If you have to struggle with particularly impure skin or acne on your face, you need a more effective form of treatment. An effective remedy for acne is the active ingredient benzoylperoxide (BPO) contained in Benzaknen 5% gel:

• BPO eliminates 94% of all acne bacteria (propionibacterium acnes) and is therefore an effective weapon in the fight against pimples and acne.
• Thanks to its lipophilic properties, benzoylperoxide penetrates the clogged pores and has its effect there.
• dead cells from the horn layer are removed, the clogged pores open and the excess sebum can drain off.
• In this way, the breeding ground is removed from the acne bacteria, the complexion improves and the risk of inflammation and skin irritation is reduced.
• In contrast to treatment with antibiotics, there are no resistance in products with the active ingredient benzoylperoxide. Benzaknen also works as on the first day after several weeks.

Application of Benzaknen for impure skin and acne
It is best to clean your skin with a medical cleaning gel before use. Then dry the skin well and apply the Benzaknen 5% gel thin on the affected skin areas. The gel should be used once or twice a day for the optimal treatment of the acne.

Application tip: Nursing routine for pure skin
In order to comply with the special needs of skin that is too acne, the product range of Benzaknen and Benzacare includes several products. Depending on the skin condition and severity of the disease, the holistic application of the Benzaknen product family is recommended to successfully combat acne. In particular, the three important phases of cleaning, treatment and care play a role here:

• Step 1: Carefully clean the skin -preferably with a mild, pH-skin-neutral washing substance such as the deep-effective benzacare cleaning gel. Then dab the skin with a clean towel.
• Step 2: Then Benzaknen 5% or 10% gel Apply thinly to the affected skin areas
–Al, for example on pimples, blackheads or lesions. Do not bring the anti-pimple gel into contact with eyes, nasal and oral mucosa.
• Step 3: let gel dry and then a gentle, non-apply greasy moisturizer (e.g. benzacare moisture care).

Duration of use
After 14 days at the latest, acne therapy with Benzaknen should show 5% gel visible success. The number of pimples or blackheads or skin irritation should have decreased noticeably. If the desired effect has not yet occurred, you have a little patience. The average duration of use is 4-12 weeks.

Note on use: Avoid drying out the skin!
Initially, therapy with benzoylperoxide can lead to skin irritation. These side effects usually stop after a few days. If the skin is peeling, this is no need to worry: it even promotes healing. Benzaknen 5% gel can lead to a faster drying of the skin. Therefore, the application should always be accompanied with a soothing, non-fat moisture cream (e.g. Benzacare). In the event of recognizable success, acne treatment can also be continued over a longer period of time.

To develop acne and pimples
Acne is characterized by chronic, inflammatory skin disorders such as pustules and papules. It comes to light, especially where there is a particularly large concentration of sebum glands - on the face, on the back, on the chest or in the shoulder area. There is a reason for this: If the sebum cannot drain off properly, blackheads can form on the skin surface. Teenagers in particular suffer from acne because the body increases the release of sex hormones during puberty, which in turn cause a greater production of sebum and sweat. Under these conditions, pathogens such as propionibacterium acnes can multiply. They cause inflammation and pimples.

Field of use

Benzaknen 5% gel (pack size: 40 g) is suitable for the treatment of the forms of severe acne and acne diseases in which low-dose benzoylperoxide preparations could not be used successfully.

Mode of action

Benzoylperoxide, the active ingredient of the Benzaknen 5% gel (pack size: 40 g), releases pure oxygen. This kills damaging bacteria on the skin or at least inhibits its increase. This significantly weakens inflammatory reactions. In addition, Benzaknen 5% gel (package size: 40 g) reduces the sebum production of the skin and eliminates cornifications of the sebaceous gland exits. Benzaknen 5% gel (pack size: 40 g) also has a comedolytic and moisturizing.

Benzaknen 5% gel (pack size: 40 g) contains the active ingredient benzoylperoxide in 10% dosage and is therefore particularly suitable for the treatment of acne with severe expression on the chest and back.

Contradictions

In the case of known hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients, pre-damaged skin, on mucous membranes and in the area of the mouth, nose and eye angles, last month of pregnancy and at the same time intensive UV radiation, this product should not be used.

Use in neurodermatitis as well as during pregnancy and breastfeeding should only be made after medical consultation.

Hints

Benzaknen 5% gel (pack size: 40 g) has a bleaching effect. Therefore, save eyebrows, beard and forehead hair border from the treatment. Beware of colored textiles.
